Terms governing use of Hall of Mogs

By using Hall of Mogs, you agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these terms and the community guidelines. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity that happens through that account and for keeping your login methods secure.

Nothing in these terms guarantees uninterrupted availability, permanent hosting of every post, or eternal compatibility with external services.

Hall of Mogs is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and related marks remain the property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. These terms do not give you any rights in Blizzard intellectual property beyond what Blizzard itself permits.

Hall of Mogs is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. The site operator does not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

To the extent allowed by law, Hall of Mogs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, user content, moderation outcomes, or third-party platform issues.
